Chapter V The financial duties of the solicitant or of the beneficiary for getting the right of using the mark of the Green Point Program. Art.29 The registration fee in the national registry of record - represents the fee for being recorded and of PV001 form delivering to the solicitant. the cuantum of this fee is of 100 EUR deposed in the account of the Association by mediation of ELISSOR Company within 5 days since the evaluation fee is known. Art.30 Evaluation fee - represents the evaluation fee paid to the Commission of technical evaluation and license of the products/services asked in the PV 001 form. the cuantum of the evaluation fee will be communicated within 7-14 days since the registration request is made. Art.31 a) The reevaluation fee represents 75% of the evaluation fee and will be paid after 12 months periodically during the certificate of using the mark of the green point program becomes available. b) The reevaluation fee will be paid with a discount of 25% if the product or the service presents in its structure in a proprotion of at least 51% components, including materials that have the certificate of using the mark of the green point program in force. Art.32 a) The mark fee - represents the fee paid by the solicitant for using the mark of the green point program if a favourable evaluation is obtained, the cuantum of this fee is of 500 EUR/category/product and it will be paid at each 12 months during the certificate using the mark of the green point program is available plus 1/1000 of the cifra de afaceri/product that get the certificate of using the mark of the green point program. The amount of 1/1000 of the cifra de afaceri/product will be calculated in EURO according to the beneficiary's declaration on own responsability, declaration from the evaluation file registered with the commission of evaluation and license as a part of the Green Point Program. b) The first mark fee for the first 12 months will be paid in the same time with the favourable result of the evaluation in order to obtain the right of using the mark of the green poin program and to deliver the certificate of using the mark of the green point program. Art. 33 All fee above mentioned will be calculated in ROL, Romanian National Bank exchange rate of the payment day. Chapter VI Final dispositions Art. 34 It is necessary that the rules of the present regulation should be observed so that the intern and extern consumers should trust the producers. Art. 35 a) Using unproperly the mark of the green point program will be legally punished in order to avoid the consequences and in order to fix the damages caused. b) If the solicitant/beneficiary break the provisions of this regulation, in the guide of using the mark of thre green point program, causing prejudices, A.N.P.C.P.P.S.R. has the right to sue him in order to recupera the prejudices caused.
